There is no call-out charge and you are not charged for travelling time.

There is a minimum charge of one hour for all work, with the exception of some small plumbing jobs.

All rates quoted exclude the cost of materials and are subject to 20% VAT.

For repairs, installations and non-routine service work, our engineer will always give you a firm verbal or written quote if requested before work commences.

 Estimates are available from our engineer or we are happy to make an appointment  to visit you. Some estimates may incur a charge depending on the nature of the work, the area and the time of the appointment. In this case, any charge made will be deducted from the final invoice when work is completed.

Payment must be made in full by bank transfer, cheque or cash to the engineer upon receipt of invoice.
