To keep your boiler working safely and
efficiently at all times, and to reduce the risk of breakdowns, gas
boiler manufacturers recommend your boiler is serviced every year.
If possible it is a good idea to have your boiler serviced in the summer months
to make sure is in peak condition for when you need it.

your service we will check the following:
Check flue
termination
Check gas tightness
Check for gas leaks
Check appliance case seals
Check combustion fan
Check location of boiler
Check all thermostats are working correctly
Check flue gases with a flue gas analyzer and record
readings
Check for correct ventilation
Check electrical connections
Check for any leaks
Check burner/injectors
Check heat exchanger
Check ignition
Check operating pressure and record readings
Check heat input and record readings
Check gas pipe work
