There is no call-out charge and you are not charged for travelling time.

All rates quoted exclude the cost of materials.

For repairs, installations and non-routine service work, our engineer will always give you a firm verbal or written quote if requested before work commences.

Estimates are available from our engineer or we are happy to make an appointment to visit you. 

Payment must be made in full by bank transfer or cash to the engineer upon receipt of invoice.
